Session Duration

Theta Healing private sessions are generally 30 minutes long. However, it is recommended that first-time clients book a 60 minute session, to ensure that we have enough time to answer questions, cover the basics of muscle testing, and learn about the client's background and current challenges.

Because most of us tend to have more than one problem, Brent offers a discount on a package of private sessions for new clients, and it is fine to wait until the end of your first session to decide if you want to do a package.

Rates for Private Sessions

There are two options for private sessions: a discount package of five sessions, or single sessions. Sessions are typically scheduled for 30 minutes, but it's fine to book two 30 minute session back-to-back.

Private Session Discount Package: $597 for Five Private Sessions, plus 30 days in the VIP Club ($787 value)

Invest in yourself and get five 30 minute Theta Healing private sessions with Brent (for a total of 2.5 hours worth of private sessions in the package), plus a 30 day $1 trial in the VIP Club for you or a friend, for $597. (The normal price for five sessions plus one month in the VIP Club is $787.)

You can choose between:

five 30 minute sessions,or
one 60 minute session plus three 30 minute sessions.

All private sessions in a discount package must be used within 60 days of your first session.

You may use the sessions for yourself, or share the sessions with your immediate family who are living with you (for example, it's fine for spouses or parents and children to share a package.)

All private sessions in a discount package are 30 or 60 minute private sessions during regularly scheduled session times. (See below for details on regularly scheduled session times.) First Class private sessions scheduled outside normal session times (such as evenings and weekends) are not eligible for package discounts.

There are no refunds or transfers of private session packages.

Single Private Sessions:

The rate for single Theta Healing private sessions during regularly scheduled times is $150 per 30 minutes.

(If you need a session outside regularly scheduled session times, please see First Class sessions below.)

Or, if you have been a member of the Formula for Miracles® VIP Club for more than 30 days, the rate is lowered to $120 per 30 minutes.

Regularly Scheduled Times For Private Sessions with Brent Phillips

Brent prefers to do private sessions in the morning, when waking theta brainwave activity is at its maximum. Regularly scheduled times are every Monday to Friday from 8am PST to 10:15am PST, plus one hour in the afternoon PST (the exact time varies day by day.). Evenings and weekends are typically busy with group oriented activities such as VIP Club tele-seminars, special live events, and Theta Healing workshops, so if you require a session outside regular times, please see below for details on booking a First Class session.

All appointments are Pacific Time and observe daylight savings time during the summer months. Pacific Time is 3 hours earlier than Eastern Time and 7 hours earlier than Greenwich Mean Time (so 1:00 PM Pacific Time is 4:00 PM Eastern Time and 8:00 Greenwich Mean Time.)

Hour long sessions will be booked as two back-to-back 30 minute sessions.

Regularly scheduled session times for 30 minute sessions are:

Monday: 8- 8:30AM; 8:30-9AM; 9:15-9:45AM; 9:45-10:15AM; 3PM-3:30PM; 3:30PM-4PM

Tuesday: 8- 8:30AM; 8:30-9AM; 9:15-9:45AM; 9:45-10:15AM; 12:45PM-1:15PM; 1:15PM-1:45PM

Wednesday: 8- 8:30AM; 8:30-9AM; 9:15-9:45AM; 9:45-10:15AM; 2PM-2:30PM; 2:30PM-3PM

Thursday: 8- 8:30AM; 8:30-9AM; 9:15-9:45AM; 9:45-10:15AM; 4PM-4:30PM; 4:30PM-5PM

Friday: 8- 8:30AM; 8:30-9AM; 9:15-9:45AM; 9:45-10:15AM; 2PM-2:30PM; 2:30PM-3PM

If you are flexible with scheduling and might be able to fill a cancellation on short notice, please be sure to ask to be added to the cancellation list when you book your session.

First Class Sessions: Custom Scheduled to Fit Your Needs

If you want an appointment as soon as possible, or you need an appointment outside of the regularly scheduled times (for example, if you need an evening or weekend), please contact us and ask to book a First Class private session. Please let us know your circumstances and the details of when you are available and any hard deadlines you have (for example, if you are scheduled for a medical procedure or are leaving on a trip) and Brent will personally be in touch to book your personalized First Class at the soonest convenient time for you.

The rate for First Class private sessions is $200 per 30 minutes. (No package or VIP discounts apply to First Class sessions.)

Session Location

Brent works primarily over the phone, and recommends phone sessions for most clients. Phone sessions allow you to be relaxed in a comfortable and familiar environment, without the stress and hassle of fighting LA traffic or worry about directions, parking, or arriving late.

For phone sessions, Brent will call you at the appointed time, as long as you live within the United States.

Sessions can also be done on Skype, which is a good option for anyone outside the USA.

If you prefer to do your Theta Healing session in-person, Brent is available at the Theta Healing LA office in West Los Angeles. The address will be provided when you book your session.

In-person sessions are subject to an extra $20 charge.

Payment Options

Several payment options are available: most clients prefer to pay with a credit card during the session; we can accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards. You may also pay with a check, a money order, or PayPal (sent to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .) If you wish to use PayPal, check, or money order, please send payment so that it arrives ahead of the session.

Please note that while that many Theta Healing LA classes and products come with a full money back guarantees, there are no refunds for private sessions.

Cancellation policy

We recognize that it is sometimes impossible to keep our appointments amidst the chaos of our busy lives. If you can not keep an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.

Missed appointments are disruptive and a waste of valuable time, especially to those who are on the waiting list or seeking an urgent appointment. As a result, sessions missed without providing 12 hours notice via phone or email may be charged half rate (50% of the session charge).

Urgent Sessions

If you have an urgent physical or emotional problem, please call 911 or seek immediate help from a licensed health care professional or local emergency services. We are not equipped or licensed as an emergency care center and can not provide emergency services.
