Regularly Scheduled Times For Private Sessions with Brent Phillips

Brent is generally available at the following times (note that these times may vary slightly day to day):

Monday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening

Tuesday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening

Wednesday: Morning, Afternoon

Thursday: Morning, Afternoon

Friday: Morning, Afternoon

Saturday: Morning

All appointments are Pacific Time and observe daylight savings time during the summer months. Pacific Time is 3 hours earlier than Eastern Time and 7 hours earlier than Greenwich Mean Time (so 1:00 PM Pacific Time is 4:00 PM Eastern Time and 8:00 Greenwich Mean Time.)

Note that because most of the Theta Healing LA classes and special events are held during evenings and weekends, there is usually a much longer wait time for evening and weekend appointments.

If you can not get an appointment with Brent soon enough at a convenient time, please contact us and ask to be added to the cancellation list. We can sometimes get you in right away after a cancellation if you can be flexible on the scheduling.

Session Duration

It is recommended that first-time clients book a 75 minute session, to ensure that we have enough time to answer questions, cover the basics of muscle testing, and learn about the client's background and current problems. After that, most clients prefer 60 minute follow-up sessions.

In order to maximize the chance of getting miraculous results from your Theta Healing sessions, Brent offers significant discounts for private session packages.

Shorter sessions (30 minutes) can be appropriate for animals and children, who usually respond faster to healing.

There are two options for private sessions: a discount package of 5 sessions, or single sessions.

The video, meditation tracks, e-books, and Wealth Club admissions will be available to you immediately upon receipt of payment and discount authorization form (download in PDF format for submission by fax or US mail, or download in plain text format to submit via email.) Private sessions in a package must be used within 60 days.

It is fine to wait until the end of your first private session to decide if you want to do the package. However, there are two benefits to purchasing the package in advance: first, you get an extra 15 minutes free on your first session if you commit to a package in advance, and second, will get the e-books and your free Secrets of Muscle Testing video and be able to learn muscle testing on your own before your first session.

Single Private Sessions

The rate for single private Theta Healing sessions is $170 per hour (or $100 for a 30 minute session).

Session Location

Brent works primarily over the phone, and recommends phone sessions for most clients. Phone sessions allow you to be relaxed in a comfortable and familiar environment, without the stress and hassle of fighting LA traffic or worry about directions, parking, or arriving late.

For phone sessions, Brent will call you at the appointed time, as long as you live within the United States.

Sessions can also be done on Skype, which is a good option for anyone outside the US.

If you prefer to do your Theta Healing session in-person, Brent is sometimes available for sessions in-person in the Westchester area on weekdays in the morning and early afternoon. We will provide the exact address and directions when you book the session. Note that there is an extra charge of $40 for sessions performed in-person.

Payment Options

Several payment options are available! Most clients prefer to pay with a credit card during the session; we can accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards. If you wish to use PayPal, please send payment ahead of the session. Finally, please note that while that many Theta Healing LA classes and products come with full money back guarantees, there are no refunds for private sessions.

Cancellation policy

We recognize that it is sometimes impossible to keep our appointments amidst the chaos of our busy lives. If you can not keep an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.

Missed appointments are disruptive and a waste of valuable time, especially to those who are on the waiting list or seeking an urgent appointment. Because of this, appointments missed without 24 hours hours advanced notice may be charged a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled appointment fee for weekday daytime appointments, or the full fee for evening and weekend appointments.

Urgent Sessions

If you have an urgent physical or emotional problem, please call 911 or seek immediate help from a licensed health care professional or local emergency services. We are not equipped or licensed as an emergency care center and can not provide emergency services.

We will make every effort to accommodate a request for an urgent appointment for important or unexpected issues that come up - contact us by phone or email, and let us know the matter is urgent. However, please be respectful of Brent and his other clients and only ask for an urgent appointment when it is truly needed.
